Program Objectives

In Leadership Coaching, the coach will work with the participant to:

  • Focus on identifying key career and leadership goals.
  • Create a custom plan: a “roadmap” to the goals.
  • Complete Wheel of Life to Assess Work Life Balance.
  • Create a safe, stimulating environment to reach highest potential.
  • Discover and practice new leadership skills, confidence, and presence.
  • Overcome personal barriers and situational roadblocks.

Program Structure

Six (6) Month Leadership Coaching Program – Two Sessions/Month

Each Individual Coaching Session is 60 Minutes. All individual coaching sessions are confidential. Coaches use a variety of tools in their practice including values clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, and examining modes of operating. Coaches are trained listeners and use powerful questions to bring out client-driven strategies and solutions.

Client understands that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders nor is it a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other qualified professionals. Coaching is also not a substitute for any form of medically prescribed or specified services (including psychotherapy, counseling, psychology services, therapy, or analysis).

In every coaching session, we measure progress against program goals, roadmap, and action accountabilities from the previous session. The coaching engagement includes two 60 – minute sessions per month, as well as email check-ins and occasional phone check-ins as necessary.
